Prospective authors are particularly urged t o read the rules governing the preparation and presentation of papers on pages 379-80 of the February issue of the JOURNAL. Members of the Editorial Board of the Division will meet a t 5:W P.M. Tuesday and have dinner together a t 6:00 P.M. The Senate of Chemical Education will meet Wednesday a t 2:00 P.M. to receive and discuss reports of standing committees, following which there will be a business meeting of the Division a t 4:W P.M.

Inspection trips. Student Attendance The A. C. S. welcomes graduate and undergradr~atestudents to its national meetings. They are not asked t o pay the $8.00 enrolment fee which is required of nonmember chemists. The student registration fee for the New Orleans meeting will be $1.00. The Division of Chemical Education supplements this invitation by promising "terminal facilities" a t a nominal cost to all who will correspond directly with the Local Secrelary of the Division. MR.
