13th Diennial Conference in Chemical Education "Learning Chemistry by Doing Chemistry" The 13th Annual Biennial Conference on Chemical Education will be held on the campus of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania from July 31 to August 4, 1994. Fifty-two sessions are planned, and they include sessions on advanced undermaduate chemistm eourses a s well as introductom and h i ~ hschool ehemistm. Additional sessions include compute; applications, chemical demonstrations, and new &ching strategies. The year 1994 marks the 200th anniversary of the emigration of Joseph Priestley, and his "American Experience" will be a program highlight. The complete listings of sessions in the "Call for Papers" should have been in the mail by November 1, 1993.
