The illustrative N-acetyl-L-cysteine acetaminophen structure given as an overlay in Figure 1b (on page 6839) shows an incorrect positional isomer (the 4-N-acetylcysteine conjugate). The correct isomer is the 3-N-acetylcysteine conjugate as previously assigned.1,2
