Federico Garcia Lorca The scientific program (a record number of 525 abstracts were received by the October deadline) will cover the whole range of topics related to the separation sciences. The meeting format will incorporate the best features of past symposia and will open new opportunities for more efficient exchange of information and easy networking among colleagues. We will review recent advances across the separation sciences field as well as the innovations anticipated during the next millennium. The deadline for registration at the reduced fee is March 15,1999. The deadline for late-breaking abstracts is April 10, 1999. Abstracts received by this date will be included in the final program.
