M ish has left his position as vice president for business management at Penn Specialty Chemicals to become di­ rector of marketing. After starting his ca­ reer as a research chemist at Pfizer Phar­ maceuticals, he worked as a business development specialist at ICI Americas and in a variety ofpositions in Arco Chem­ ical's specialty chemicals business. Mish holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from Penn­ sylvania State University, University Park, and earned an M.B.A. from the Universi­ ty of Pennsylvania. Jennifer Moore has been named techni­ cal service chemist for Asia-Pacific cus­ tomers. She is responsible for developing prototype formulations for companies in­ terested in creating various effects in skin care and hair care products using polymers from National Starch. She joined Nation­ al Starch in July 2002, after receiving an M.S. in chemistry from the University of Maryland. Irina Μ ο rosov has been named technical service supervisor for skin care. Morosov is responsible for developing the appli­ cations of new polymers based on ana­ lytical data and marketing research. With a B.S. in chemistry from Pace University, New York City, Morosov joins National Starch after serving as the formulations manager for Collaborative Laboratories. Prior to that, she served as a manager of the Advanced Concepts Group for Kolmar Laboratories Outsourcing Services Group. Judith Peter has been named laboratory technician. Stationed in Switzerland, she will provide technical support to Euro­ pean-based customers who require assis­ tance with polymers designated for use in hair care products.
