AIRGO SURFYNOL400 NONIONIGS NEW CHEMICALLY-UNIQUE SURFACTANTS EXCEPTIONAL WETTING ABILITY WITH LOW FOAMING

HE new Airco Surfynol 400 nonionics offer both instantaneous wetting and low foam levels. All grades are low viscosity liquids, easy to handle in industrial processing. These new Airco nonionic surfactants combine the acetylenic bond (tetramethyl decynediol) with two chains of ethylene oxide. Grades vary in the percentage of ethylene oxide, ranging from 40% by weight in Surfynol 440 to 85% in Surfynol 435. The best combination of wetting and low foam is available in the less hydrophilic grades—Surfynols 440 and 450. For detersive power in built laundry compositions, Surfynol 485 is recommended. Surfy nols 465, 475 and 485 are completely miscible with water. Surfynols 440 and 450 tend to be solvent soluble. SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:
