The $100-million-plus expansion of our Mcintosh chlor/alkali facility sits right next to our own salt supply. That means an assured supply of the basic raw material for these two important products. Electricity for the plant, drawn from the system of the Alabama Power Company, is primarily coal generated. That means an abundant supply of energy despite oil embargoes and gas shortages.
