Announcements AMERICAN SOCIETY OF PREVENTIVE ONCOLOGY THIRTEENTH ANNUAL MEETING

The 13th annual ASP0 meeting will be held March 20-21,1989, at the Hyatt Regency-Bethesda, Bethesda, MD. Professionals in clinical, educational, or research disciplines that contribute to comprehensive approaches to cancer prevention are welcome. Program topics include (1)Selected Maneuvers in Disease Prevention: The Balance between Cancer and Noncancer Outcomes; (2) Behavioral and Societal Interventions in Cancer Control; (3) Etiology of Breast Neoplasia: Hypothesis Development; (4) Developments and Chemoprevention for Breast Cancer; and (5) Methodologic Issues in the Conduct of Chemoprevention Trials. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Society of Toxicology will hold its Spring Meeting and Symposium on May 17, 1989, at the Hercules Country Club in Wilmington, DE. A poster session will be held in the morning followed by the Ambassador of Toxicology Award Luncheon.
