Announcement INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE STUDY OF XENOBIOTICS THIRD INTERNATIONAL ISSX MEETING ON DRUG METABOLISM: MOLECULES, MODELS AND MAN
The International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (ISSX) will be holding their Third International ISSX Meeting on Drug Metabolism: Molecules, Models and Man, June 24-28,1991, at the Free University in Amsterdam. Topics to be covered are “Drug Metabolism in Man”, ”Molecular Mechanisms of Biotransformation and Toxicity”, “Transport Mechanisms”, and “In Vitro Biotransformation Models”. Parallel sessions on “Species and Sex Differences”, “Endogenous and Food Components”, “Analytical Techniques”, “Enzyme Mechanisms: Active Sites and SAR”, “Idiosyncratic Reactions”, “Ecokinetics of Agrochemicals, Proteins, and Peptide Drugs”, ”Biotransformation and Biomonitoring”, and “Metals and Metal Containing Compounds” will also be held. In addition, two course8 on “Regulatory Aspects” and “Computers in Biotransformation” will be held prior to the meeting on June 24.
