"Fluorad" Surfactant can reduce surface tension values to about 20 dynes/cm in organic media including solvents of both high and low polarity and coating resins such as epoxies, acrylics, polyesters, and urethanes. In some aqueous systems, "Fluorad" Surfactants can reduce surface tensions to less than 16 dynes/cm. Use them in a variety of aqueous media over a wide pH range. And, if hostile environments have you hot under the collar, relax. That includes hot caustic soda, hot chromic acid, and hot concentrated sulfuric acid. Affordable, too.Typical usage in aqueous systems is .01 % or less of the active fluorochemical surfactant.
