Area Chairmen Lauded Successful beginning of ACS b u i l d i n g fund c a m p a i g n credited to area planning pictured t h e chairmen of the 5 5 areas into which the U. S. has been divided for solicitation in the drive for funds for a new headquarters building in Washington. In many of these areas, the campaign is already well and en­ couragingly under way, and John H. Nair, chairman of the Planning Com­ mittee, praises the area chairmen and their role in the solicitation program. "These men all have extremely busy schedules," Nair points out. "but they are finding the time to organize their teams and to follow through in a very creditable manner. The Planning Com­ mittee has every confidence that with their continued efforts a n d dedication, t h e campaign will be a full success/' Twenty-five of the areas are within the Eastern Territory, chairmanned by Glenn A. Nesty. T h e remaining 30 areas are in the Western Territory, directed b y Albert L. Elder.
