Remote control

Hot plAtes PROVIDE SAFE A N D CONVENIENT OPERATION Types 1900 and 2600 hot plates can now be remotely controlled from outside the fume hood. Controls are removed from corrosive fumes, possible spill damage and flammable vapors assuring safe and trouble-free life. Remote control units can be operated horizontally or mounted vertically on fume hood wall. A 5 ft. control cord and 5 ft. plug-in cord provide sufficient length to operate in most fume hood setups. Optional thermometer available to closely monitor top plate temperature.

What isn't missing is performance. A solid state detector leads the way. A solid state pneumatic detector, the IR 50, with unusually high sensitivity and speed of response provides an excellent S / N ratio. This, in turn, permits reduction in monochromator slit width and greatly improved resolution at faster scanning speeds. Strong price/performance ratio Resolution
