Bonniest of any lauric Ultra-high purity—maximum C12 con­ tent—doesn't just happen at Armour, it's programmed. Gas chromatography continuously controls production . . . really controls it! For example, take eight recent, consecutive lots of spe­ cial 99% lauric acid (we call it Neo-Fat® 12-43). They are far superior to the specs we set and virtual carbon copies of each other.
