S u c h legislation w o u l d generally apply to farm exports. Draft. A two-year extension of t h e " D o c t o r D r a f t " l a w has b e e n r e q u e s t e d b y t h e D e p a r t m e n t of Defense. I n this c o n ­ nection, D e f e n s e D e p a r t m e n t has p r o p o s e d t h a t it grant scholarships to m e d i c a l stu­ dents and subsidize m e d i c a l schools to in­ crease supply of doctors.
