When attached to LV models of the Brookfield Viscometer, the Brookfield UL Adapter, consisting essentially of a cylindrical spindle mounted symmetrically within a concentric tube, provides amplifying effects which make possible measurements to within .2 mil Itpoises in the ultra-low viscosity range of .2 to 10 centipoises.
When used in conjunction with a suitable Brookfield Viscometer fitted with a special bar-type spindle, the Brookfield Helipath Stand lowers the rotating spindle through the test material, making possible the testing and study of highly plastic materials such as grease, putty, shaving cream, gelatin, shortening, etc.
Designed to provide firm, easily· leveled support for a Brookfield Viscometer when used either by itself or equipped with a UL ! Adapter, the three-point screwleveled base and adjustable ele- ; vation clamp of the Brookfield i Leveling Stand insure fast set-ups j and trouble-free determinations.

Based on the same simule yet highly accurate operating principles em ployed in the portable Brookfield Synchro-Le c t r i c Viscometer, the Brookfield Viscotrol is designed for use where viscosity variations during production normally occur only in one direction. When installed in such tank, vat or pipe production systems, the Brookfield Viscotrol continuously measures the viscosity of the material in process.
