Stanton Redcroft Thermal Analysis DTA Differential Thermal Analysis with Stanton DTA instruments offers you ver­ satile, reliable analysis with a maximum sample temperature of 1500° C in a wide range of heating rates . . . 0.5 to 20 deg C/min. Vacuum or gas flow conditions are readily established. An optional at­ tachment or complete instrument is available for low temperature work with a range of —150° C to + 4 5 0 ° C. Stanton DTA instruments handle samples of 1 mg to 200 mg with a ΔΤ sensitivity of 1, 2, 4, 10, 20 and 40 μν/CM.

TGA The standard Stanton Thermobalance performs thermogravimetry from ambi­ ent temperature upto 1550° Cand sensi­ tivity of 0.1 mg, 0.2 mg or 1.0 mg per chart division with simultaneous weight and temperature record. Another Stan­ ton feature is a wide range of heating rates. The Stanton Massflow vacuum models offer sophisticated atmosphere control with vacuum to 10"4 torr, and positive pressures up to 10 psi. There is an extensive selection of optional fea­ tures and accessories for either model. You can choose the instrument to fit your exact requirements . . . TG/DTA Simultaneous TG and TDA enables you to distinguish between chemical decom­ positions and physical changes of state, and provides a convenient method of studying thermal stability, reactivity and other phenomena. The Stanton DTA Attachment is designed for use with standard Stanton Thermobalances. The information ob­ tained from simultaneous use of the two techniques is often greater than that obtained from using them separately. The Stanton DTA Attachment can per­ form to 1400° C with samples of 50 mg to 150 mg. Stanton Thermal Analysis Instruments are sold and serviced by Burrell Corpora­ tion.
