C&EN is proud to present celebrity chef and author ALTON BROWN at a live event on Sept. 10 at the ACS Fall National Meeting. Come be informed and entertained by Alton Brown, author and current host and commentator for the popular Food Network series Iron Chef America. The event also serves as an opportunity to fulfill one of C&EN’s vital functions: communicating science, and the importance of science, to a wide audience.
