This precision engineered pump produces a free air displacement of 20 liters per minute. Reaches a guaranteed absolute pressure of 0.1 micron.

T h e new Cenco-Hyvac 7 has more pumping capacity per cubic foot of space occupied than any other vacuum pump now available. I t produces a free air displacement of 70 liters per minute and reaches a guaranteed absolute pressure of 0.1 micron. Ratio of pumping speed a t 1 micron t o t h a t a t atmospheric pressure is 4 5 % .
