Ultrogel AcA-202 is an agarose-polyacrylamide type, very high in polyacrylamide and with a linear fractionation range of 1000 to 15 000 and an exclusion limit for globular proteins of about 22 000. Grades A-6, A-4 and A-2 are straight agarose type Ultrogels for gel filtration and affinity chromatography. Linear fractionation ranges for the three types are, respectively, 25 000 to 2 400 000; 55 000 to 9 000 000; and 120 000 to 25 000 000.
