Chemigum NX-775 provides scorch protection without burning a hole in your pocket. The first carboxylated nitrile rubber was introduced over 20 years ago. Today there's a practical one. That's Chemigum NX-775, new from Goodyear. Scorch resistance has always been a problem. It could be achieved only by using a costly zinc peroxide masterbatch as a cross linking agent. It's a problem no more. Chemigum NX-775 has scorch resistance built into the polymer, not the cure system. You get excellent scorch safety using conventional active zinc oxide and normal compounding techniques. In addition to improved scorch resistance, Chemigum CHEMIGUM NX 775 NX-775 has excellent processibility, long shelf life, excellent milling and mold flow, plus the outstanding abrasion and oil resistance associated with carboxylated nitrile rubber. We've prepared a fact filled brochure on our new Chemigum NX-775.
