The ultra-modern design of the Coleman Compax offers
the
chemist these unusual features. Precision b a s e d o n simplicity . . . Compax uses the classic potentiometer pH circuit, but in a new way . . . by replacing the usual null meter with a miniature neon, almost instant balance is made practicable . . . the usual working cell a d justment is eliminated by directly applying an oversize standard cell. E x t r a c o n v e n i e n c e . . . Fewer parts make the Compax easier to operate, easier to balance, easier to maintain. Almost all set-up time is eliminated, when the lid is opened the cell chain rises into position, ready for use.
