In addition, isothermal enthalpy departures of pure liquid methane from ideal gas behavior, (H* - H), were calculated a t five temperatures and compared with the data reported by Jones et al. (1963). A summary of the calculated results is given in Table IV. The results obtained by the Fuller method are less satisfactory than the generalized two-parameter method. Although the Fuller modification satisfies the horizontal inflection condition a t the critical point by the addition of a
