DOI:10.1021/acs.jpcb.5b00957 Our original paper stated that the force field used for both protein and DNA is the following: “All the structures in our simulation setup were represented by the AMBER99SB force field.40” It should have been the following: “The structures of protein in our simulation setup were represented by the AMBER99SB force field, and DNA was represented by AMBER94.40”
