We have identified an error in our calculation of the mean localization precision in the STORM images, which was reported in the publication as ∼7−13 nm (p 4604, column 2). This should be corrected to ∼11−21 nm. Other quantitative parameters and the conclusions remain as stated. This error was due to the use of an incorrect camera gain calibration factor. The localization precision values are presented as histograms in Figure S11. While correcting Figure S11, we realized that the histogram for panel C additionally included values for molecules located outside of the region of interest shown in the image. The histograms for panels A and B have been corrected. The corrected panel C histogram and the corresponding image have been remade from a matched localization list.
