t should be pointed that the data in Figure 5a, b and Figure 5c, d were recorded in various modes. The data in Figure 5a, b were in cyclic voltammetry (CV) mode, while the data in Figure 5c, d were in constant current mode. They are not obtained from the same measurement, which can be found in the annotation about the scanning rate (Figure 5a, b) and current density (Figure 5c, d). In the text, the description “−0.1 to 1.1 V” is incorrect; the correct description should be “−1.1 to −0.1 V”. Generally, in a three-electrode system, the potential of the working electrode is compared to that of the reference electrode. In an asymmetric two-electrode system, the voltage is between the working electrode and counter electrode. The CV curves obtained from a three-electrode system can be used to select the appropriate potential range for assembly of an asymmetric capacitor. However, the performance of the asymmetric capacitor should be measured in a suitable potential range for optima capacitance.
