n a recent publication, 1 we made an error while documenting the deposition pressure in the experimental section. In contrast to the IrO2, grown at 200 mTorr oxygen pressure as noted, RuO2 was grown at 50 mTorr. This error does not affect any conclusions drawn in the paper. We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused our readers.
