K27 (K27 was bolded) was identified from both forms of light and heavy ([13C6]-lysine) (Figure 5).”

n Figure 5, the sequence of the MS2 spectrum should be “Kme1SAPATGGVKKme2” instead of “Kme2SAPATGGVKKme2” for both light and heavy labeled forms. This correction does not affect the results and conclusions of our study. The following Figure is the correct one. Accordingly, we correct the corresponding sentence in the context: In paragraph 3 of page 3468, the statement that reads, “a histone H3 peptide Kme2SAPATGGVKKme2 bearing dimethylated K27 (K27 was bolded) was identified from both forms of light and heavy ([13C6]-lysine) (Figure 5).” should read, “a histone H3 peptide Kme1SAPATGGVKKme2 bearing monomethylated

Figure 5. MS2 spectra of peptide Kme1SAPATGGVKKme2 (K27 was bolded) from histone H3 in both light (upper panel) and heavy (bottom panel) labeled forms.
