n the published article, the channel width (W) of the devices was reported incorrectly. Instead of 1125 μm (the distance between the gold contacts connecting the interdigitated fingers), as stated, it should be 1000 μm (the width of each channel where the fingers are interdigitated) multiplied by the number of channels (39 channels). Thus, on page 6386, “All the transistors had the same channel length (L= 20 μm) and width (W = 1125 μm).” Should be corrected by “All the transistors had the same channel length (L= 20 μm) and width (W = 39000 μm; 39 parallel channels having W = 1000 μm).” The change does not affect the original conclusions of the paper.
