Environ. Sci. Technol., 2012, 46, 10191−10198 DOI:10.1021/es302148z Some errors were discovered after the original article was published. An item by item list of the corrections is given below. (1) Page 10191, “i.e., 1 − (TOC in solution/TOC in PFCA, degraded)” in the third sentence in Abstract should be “i.e., (TOC in PFCA, initial − TOC in solution)/TOC in PFCA, degraded”. Similarly, on page 10194, the fourth sentence of the second paragraph in the section “Defluorination and TOC Removal Ratios of PFCAs”, “Its corresponding mineralization indices (i.e., 1 − (TOC in solution/TOC in PFCA, degraded)) are...” should be “Its corresponding mineralization indices (i.e., (TOC in PFCA, initial − TOC in solution)/TOC in PFCA, degraded) are...”. The original mineralization index results are correct. (2) Page 10192, in the section “Electrode Fabrication and Characterization”, “140: 30: 9: 1 (citric acid/ethylene glycol/SnCl4·4H2O/SbCl3)” should be “140: 30: 9: 1 (ethylene glycol/citric acid/SnCl4·4H2O/SbCl3)”. (3) Page 10192, the second sentence of the second paragraph in the section “Electrochemical Experiments”, “104.8−1386.9 mg L−1.10” should be “104.8−1386.9 mg L−1.12”. (4) Page 10192, the first paragraph in the section “Instrument Analysis”, “high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a tripe-stage quadrupole mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS/MS, API3200; Applied Biosystems, USA). The HPLC separation was carried out by a HPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 × 50 mm, 1.7 μm)...” should be “ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple-stage quadrupole mass spectrometer (UPLC-MS/MS, API3200; Applied Biosystems, USA). The UPLC separation was carried out by a UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 × 50 mm, 1.7 μm)...”. (5) Page 10197, references 39, “4704−4082” should read “4074−4082”.
