Correction to Metabolic Profiling of Root Exudates of Arabidopsis thaliana [J. Agric. Food Chem. 2003, 51, 2548.] Travis S. Walker, Harsh Pal Bais, Kathleen M. Halligan, Frank R. Stermitz, and Jorge M. Vivanco* We have been unable to find experimental data that document the actual isolation of butanoic acid, trans-cinnamic acid, ocoumaric acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, p-hydroxybenzamide, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 3-indolepropanoic acid, syringic acid, and vanillic acid from root exudates of Arabidopsis thaliana Col ecotype. Therefore, the original publication is being retracted, and the authors deeply regret any inconvenience to the scientific readership. 10.1021/jf902670b Published on Web 10/07/2009
