e have been unable to reproduce the regioselectivities for substrates S-2 and S,S-3 for mutant R-C1; thus, we correct these numbers. We consider the published data to be inaccurate and caused by an experimental mistake. Neither of these substrates was the main focus of this work, but the findings were nevertheless discussed shortly in the text. Page 7632. Replace “These mutants mimicked the regiopreference [...] in later generation variants R-C1B1 and R-C1B1D33” with the following: “These mutants mimicked the regiopreference of the wild-type enzyme with epoxide R-1, S-2, and S,S-3. On the other hand, with epoxide S-1, the regiopreference was slightly shifted toward attack at C-1 for mutant R-C1, a shift being accentuated in later generation variants R-C1B1 and R-C1B1D33.” Page 7634. Delete “The R-C1 variant has accumulated two mutations [...] of a particular substrate, e.g., styrene oxide, in this case.” Page 7632. Replace Figure 4 with a corrected version. In Table SI3 of the Supporting Information, replace the values for Regiopref. (%) for variant R-C1 with the following substrates: S-2, correct value should be (C-1) (96 ± 0.8); S,S-3, correct value should be (C-1) (>99).
