Correction to Theoretical and Experimental Investigations of Circular Dichroism and Absolute Configuration Determination of Chiral Anthracene Photodimers Ayako Wakai, Hiroki Fukasawa, Cheng Yang, Tadashi Mori,* and Yoshihisa Inoue* J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2012, 134, 4990−4997. DOI: 10.1021/ja300522y Figure 6. The elution order for anti-HH dimer dAC′ (right) was labeled incorrectly. The first and second elutes for dAC′ were erroneously shown by solid and dotted lines but should have been labeled by dotted and solid lines, respectively. Accordingly, the absolute configuration of the first elute (under our HPLC conditions) should be assigned as (5S,6R,11S,12R)(M)-dAC′. Note that all three (M)-isomers of anthracene dimers have shorter retention times on a Daicel Chiralcel OJRH column eluted with 0.1% TFA in H2O:acetonitrile (6:4). We apologize for our mistake.
