DOI: 10.1021/nl5025535 was unaltered. Therefore, the findings of the paper are not impacted. However, we would like to submit the attached revised Figure 3a,c,d that have the correct information.

t has come to our attention that in Figure 3a, the VDS value was mislabeled as −1.0 V while it was actually −0.2 V. Also the unit for IDS in the y-axis was mislabeled as (μA/μm) while it was actually (μA). These findings resulted in slight changes in the extracted Schottky barrier heights for holes and electrons in Figure 3c,d, respectively. However, the final extracted bandgap
