“Nature of the Binding Site of Pyridoxal 5’-Phosphate to Bovine Serum Albumin,” by John A. Anderson, Hsai-fei Wang Chang, and Carter J. Grandjean, Volume 10, Number 12, June 8,1971, page 2408. Due to mistakes in transferring data, the amino acid sequence for the pyridoxyl peptide from bovine serum albumin was reported in erxor. The form of glutamate is Gln instead of Glu. The positions of Gln and Phe were also transposed in the sequence. The corrected sequence is -Ser-Leu-Gln-PheLys-Pro-(E-pyridoxy1)Lys-Lys-.

In Figure 2, page 2965, open and closed circles should be reversed: poly(C) is (0)and poly(1): poly(C) ( 0 ) . Also the legend for Figure 6, page 2967, is incomplete. A sentence has been omitted. “A gradient of NaCl was applied as described in the legend of Figure la. No Azs0-absorbingmaterial was eluted in these fractions (1-64). A simultaneous gradient of NaC1, urea, and sodium formate was then applied as described under Figure 3, fractions 65-130. A260of each fraction was determined.”

“Terminal Labeling of High Molecular Weight Ribonucleic Acid with Dimedone,” by Dohn G . Glitz and David S. Sigman, Volume 9, Number 17, August 18,1970, page 3433. On pages 3433 and 3434 the radioactive form of dimedone synthesized was dimedone-l- 4C and not dimedone-2- 4C as indicated.
