the triplet exciplex to the ground state. This is denoted by k*= since this process comprises two clearly distinguishable mechanisms. We first have an isoenergetic spin rephasing between triplet and singlet exciplex which is then followed by back electron transfer and vibrational dissipation leading to the ground state. The first step (kIsc) will evidently depend on spin-orbit coupling within the exciplex, and the second (kG) will involve Franck-Condon energy-gap considerations." For kf,
