S-82050 THERMONITOR—Model S, Thermistor Actuated, Temperature Detecting and Controlling, ± 0.01°C, Sargent. A compact, completely electronic unit for detecting and controlling the temperature of laboratory baths over the w o r k i n g range of —10°C to 100°C o r by substitution of a second T h e r m o m e t r i c element, 100°C to 200°C with an operating sensitivity of greater than ± 0 . 0 1 ° C . T h r e e out lets are provided for immersion heaters. T h e first outlet is controlled by thermistor. T h e second outlet is non-regu lated, accommodating power quantities up to 300 watts, adjusted by variable transformer. T h e third outlet having a p o w e r consumption of 500 watts, is for second base heater or a circulating device. Temperatures are set and repro duced by adjusting dials o n panel. Proportionate control eliminates temperature overshoot and undershoot. Complete with thermistor assembly, connecting cable and 3-wire line cord and plug. A simplified model of the T h e r m o n i t o r , Model S, without immersion heaters a n d circulating facilities but with t w o p o w e r outlets and controls necessary to provide a sensitivity of greater than ± 0 . 1 ° C in the range from — 1 0 ° C t o 100°C o r by substitution of a second T h e r m ometric element, 100°C t o 200°C. O n e outlet is for regulating heater which is automatically controlled by the thermistor through a relay circuit.
