A Computer Program for the Preparation of Exercises on Enzyme Kinetics of the Michaelis-Menton Type Input data of the program, called CINEX, m e the ruler readings of printed LineweaverBurk plots. The program converts them into adequate units and callculates K , and V , using a weighted least-squares method. I t outputs two tables, one wmplete, for instructor's reference, and the other, containing only u and (s) data,, for student calculation (take-home exercise or test).
