Demerjian is director of the Meteo rology and Assessment Division at EPA's Environmental Re search Center, Research Triangle Park, N.C. His re search interests are in atmo spheric chemistry and theo retical modeling of polluted atmospheres' physical and
chemical dynamics. Dr. Glenn R. Hilst is manager of the En vironmental Physics and Chemistry Program at the Electric Power Research In stitute, Palo Alto, Calif. His main research areas are atmo spheric turbulence and diffu sion; chemical reactions in inhomogeneous atmospheres; and deposition and resuspension of particulate materials. Dr. Leonard Newman is head of the Environmental Chemistry Division, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, N.Y. His
