Laboratoire de Pbamcognosie, ERA 317 CNRS, FacultC de Pbamcie, 92290 Chatmay-Malabty, France Dans le cadre d'une etude chimiotaxonomique des Papaver turcs appartenant a la section Pilosa, nous nous sommes interessb a la composition alcaloidique de Papauw apokrinomenon Fedde. E n d h i q u e de l'ouest de la Turquie, ce Papaver vivace est tres proche botaniquement de Papaver strictum dont il se distingue par sa taille plus petite, ses capsules plus grandes et I'aspect de ses feuilles (1,2). RESULTATS ET DISCUSSION Neufalcaloi'des ont ete isolb des parties aeriennes et identifib. La composition alcaloi'dique du P . apokrinommon le rapproche trks fortement du P . strictum,aussi bien sur le plan qualitatif que quantitatif (6,7). PARTIE EXPERIMENTALE MATERIEL V E G E T A L - ~ materiel vegetal a et6 recolte en Juillet 1982, a Aksehir (Turquie), a 1950 m d’altitude. Un khantillon d’herbier est conserve a la Faculte de Pharmacie d’Istanbul (ISTE 49184). EXTRACTIONET ISOLEMENT DES ALCALOIDES.-L’eXtraCtlOn des alcaloides totaux a et6 effectuee par percolation au MeOH suivie d’une purification par les methodes usuelles (6). Le rendement est de 0,59%. Les alcaloides ont ttt isoles par chromatographies sur colonnes de d i c e ou par clhp preparative (8). Le dosage des alcaloides a et6 effectue par clhp sur appareil WATERS, en phase normale (colonne: p,porasil; solvant: hexane-CH2C1,-EtOH-triethylamine (300:60:20:20);debit: 2 mumin; detection: 280 nm) (8).
