The corresponding authors (D. Wu and L. Xu) withdraw this manuscript based on incorrect data that could not be verified. Specifically, we find the IR spectra provided (Figure 1) are incorrect and indicate the hemoglobin has not been encapsulated by starch. The biological test results are also incorrect. Therefore, the experimental results and published data are incomplete, and accordingly, we withdraw this manuscript.
