Contributed papers are solicited in all areas of analytical microscopy, including industrial applications of microscopy, FT-IR microscopy, video microscopy, lasers c a n n i n g confocal microscopy, microchemistry, forensic microscopy, microscopy and archaeology, microscopy a n d the a r t conservator, and electron microscopy. Oral and poster presentations will provide overviews of the basic aspects and a p p l i c a t i o n s of capillary electrophoresis and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography, including, but not limited to, instrument and column design; detection; modification buffers; and factors that influence mobility, selectivity, resolution, and optimization. The application of capillary electrophoresis to the separation of small ions and large biomolecules will also be presented and discussed. Investigators interested in presenting their work should submit 200-word descriptions of their r e search efforts by July 31 to Margaret L.
