It's a problem no more. Chemigum NX-775 has scorch resistance built into the polymer, not the cure system. You get excellent scorch safety using conventional active zinc oxide and normal compounding techniques. In addition to improved scorch resistance, Chemigum CHEMIGUM NX 775 NX-775 has excellent processibility, long shelf life, excellent milling and mold flow, plus the outstanding abrasion and oil resistance associated with carboxylated nitrile rubber.
