Additions & Corrections Clarification of the C-35 Stereochemistries of Dinophysistoxin-1 and Dinophysistoxin-2 and Its Consequences for Binding to Protein Phosphatase [Volume 20, Number 6, 2007, pp 868–875] KRISTOFER LARSEN, DIRK PETERSEN, ALISTAIR L. WILKINS, INGUNN A. SAMDAL, MORTEN SANDVIK, THOMAS RUNDBERGET, DAVID GOLDSTONE, VICKERY ARCUS, PETER HOVGAARD, FRODE RISE, NILS REHMANN, PHILIPP HESS, AND CHRISTOPHER O. MILES* The stereochemistries of okadaic acid analogues were inadvertently depicted in the two-dimensional representation (Figure 1) as having 8S,12R-stereochemistry. This error does not affect the validity of the results, as all modeling studies were performed with the correct three-dimensional structures extracted from appropriate X-ray crystal structures. Figure 1 with the correct 8R,12S-stereochemistry is shown below.
