A speculation in indium THIS chelate we may look back upon as mark ing one more stage along chemistry's road from cookbook to quantum mechanics. Must be close to halfway by now. Our story about the indium chelate of acetylacetone starts with a strong kitchen flavor. We made it as a tag for tagging silicone lubri cants to facilitate spectrographic identification of suspicious spots. Such detective stunts 1 are part of the way of life in afilmfactory.
