There is a drawing error in the structures of the secondary cell wall polysaccharide of B. anthracis, compounds 1 and 25−28. For the C-3 galactosyl moieties, the bold wedges should be between C1−O−C5−C4 instead of C1−C2−C3−C4. As an illustration, see the correct structure of compound 1 below.
