e recently discovered an error in the calibration of the “light” transport characteristics in the above paper. The “dark” transport characteristics and the associated classification of the junctions are unaffected. Because the corrected photoconversion efficiencies (PCEs) are still sufficiently high as to represent state-of-the-art (i.e., without an antireflective coating), all conclusions of the paper remain intact. Details of the correction, including a modified table of the best performing devices, can be found in the Supporting Information. The top efficiencies drop from 12.3−14.85% to 11.35−13.7%, and the correction can be broadly applied by reducing the current density in Figure 1e and f by 18.5% and by reducing the PCE values on the vertical scale of Figure 2c−e, Figure 3a and b, and Figure 4a by 7.5%. The fill factor (FF) increases slightly, while VOC is unaffected. In terms of PCE, the correction brings our devices closer to comparable results reported by other groups, while the devices remain high quality (VOC = 0.6 V and FF > 70%). We regret any confusion or concern that this oversight may have caused.
