In the last paragraph of the Discussion, we have misstated the ratio of Kd values for the binding of PQQ and PQQH2 to PqqC as 25. This ratio was based on a previously published Kd(PQQ) value of 2 nM, whereas in the present work, we estimate Kd(PQQ) to be 5 nM. The latter value leads to a Kd(PQQH2)/Kd(PQQ) ratio of ∼10.
