Dames* There is a typographical error in the published version of eq (1). The correct version is 2 3 z cosh 6 7 6 7 δ ^kðz, tÞ ¼ k0 + ðkBulk k0 Þ61 7 4 t 5 cosh 2δ the only difference being the location of the “1”. We have confirmed that this typographical error was isolated and did not cause any other problems with the other equations, figures, or analysis.
