and the chemical industry! Big Three Industrial Gas and Equipment Co., of Houston, serves the chemical process industry from coast-to-coast. "Over-the-fence" units like this Brownbilt plant at Victoria, Texas, provide atmospheric industrial gases in liquid and gaseous form via pipeline, tank car, truck and conventional cylinders. The heart of the plant, a 2800 HP five-stage compressor, is shown at the left. This plant produces approximately sixty tons per day of liquid nitrogen and oxygen.
