Discarded "IV" Dispensing Bonles are Useful Discarded "IV" bottles from local hospitals are very useful for dispensing solutions. Difficnlties with contamination of the reagent supply solutions are lessened, if not obviated, by the use of such bottles. Each battle comes complete with a plastic dispensing system, a one-way valve, and considerable tubing. If the tubing is cut off about one-half inch from the cap, the solution may be poured manually, or if bung by the bail, can be released by use of a spring-loaded hose clilmp. The bottles are graduated for volume remaining. Since the hospitals are only too glad to have someone h a d the bottles away, one can hardly beat theprice!
